RETURN POLICY

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING A PRODUCT?


Requirements For A Valid Return:

  • Product must be unused and unworn
  • Product must be in original state with unbroken tags attached 
  • Product was delivered out of delivery time frame
  • Product was delivered wrongfully
  • Product was delivered damaged

Requirements For A Valid Procedure:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order number)
  • Return form must be attached to the product
  • Product pick up must be scheduled with Odara before return

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Before returning an item, please check our Odara Return Policy, stated in the questions below, to make sure your item is eligible for return. You have 7 calendar days to notify us that you want to return your product after receiving delivery. 

FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT:

  • Send an email to info@myodara.com with your claim. Alternatively you can call or send a message to +233 50 750 8513 to state your claim
  • Odara will arrange the pickup of the product
  • Upon receipt the product will go through our quality check
  • If the product meets our return requirements we will issue you a credit note for your returned purchase 
  • Please note that for hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings

HOW DO I SEND MY PRODUCT TO ODARA?

We will arrange a pick-up at your convenience within 24 hours after you submit your return request. Note that for pick-up, we will make 2 scheduled attempts. However, passed 2 pick-up attempts, we will cancel the return procedure and you will not be able to return the product to us anymore.

HOW LONG IS THE QUALITY CHECK PROCESS?

The quality check may take up to 5 working days after which we will establish if goods are eligible for return.
