CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE I MAKE PAYMENT?
Yes. Order processing only takes place after you confirm your payment. You can cancel your order by clicking on the bin icon on your product list in your shopping cart.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
24-hour delivery is available for orders placed before 10am in Accra, except on weekends. Regular delivery time for Accra is 1-2 working days. Orders for delivery outside of Accra will take 2-3 working days.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
You have up until 7 days calendar days after delivery to return an item back to Odara. Items must meet all of Odara’s return requirements before returns are approved.
WHAT ARE THE CURRENT PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?
We accept cash on delivery and mobile money.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT ON MY ORDER?
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with one another.
CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE TO AN ORDER I ALREADY PLACED?
Unfortunately you cannot apply a discount code to an order you have already placed.
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “confirm & pay” but after this point you won’t be able to make any changes.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER RATHER THAN HAVING IT DELIVERED?
Our delivery service is the only means by which your order can be delivered at this point in time.
IS THERE ANYTHING I CANNOT SEND BAKC FOR A REFUND?
For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns on earrings.
HOW LONG DOES THE REFUND PROCESS TAKE?
After your item has been delivered to us, the refund process will take up to 6 -9 working days if approved.
